Raviolli

Freshly rolled pasta stuffed with Blue Moon organic eggplant, garlic and ribbons of basil. These are the Little Black Dress of cuisine: a quick, comfortable dinner solution (5 minutes) that dresses up easily for a special occasion

Bring salted water to a boil, drop in the raviolli cook for 5-7 minutes.  Dress with a sauce and sauteed veggies as you like.
