Meatballs

Classic Italian spiced pork meatballs are pan roasted before freezing so just drop them into some simmering sauce for 10 minutes to liven up any pasta dish, enrich a dinnertime stew or to make the classic Philadelphia Meatball Sub! Make the famous Swedish meatballs or, add to a sweet and sour sauce for an instant party appetizer. Made from the Moore’s beautiful pasture raised, heritage pork.

These meatballs are cooked 90% of the way and then frozen.  They simply need to be brought up to temperature and simmered for 10 minutes in whatever fashion you choose.
