Country Style Ribs and Meatball Dinner

Thaw overnight on your counter top.  Warm gently in your oven at 325 until hot through about 25-35 minutes.  Heat bread in the oven for the last 5-7 minutes.

Chicken and Dumpling Fricassee

Thaw ovenight on your counter top, or from morning until evening.   You can heat this dish in the oven at 325 until hot through, just starting to bubble, or on the stovetop on medium heat until hot through.  If you do not have time to that, the dish can be pushed out of it's tin into a saucepan or microwaveable dish and heated through.  Stir gently as you go so as to not break apart the dumplings.
Heat bread in the oven for the last 5-7 minutes.

Highland Beef with Morels

This rich dish is best cooked after being thawed overnight on your countertop.  Warm gently in an oven lidded (tin foil is great) at 325.  When steam rises when you lift the lid, check the meat for tenderness, as it warms through it should easily fall apart, 25-30 minutes.  Heat bread in the oven for the last 5-7 minutes.

Stromboli

A seasonal assortment of fillings wrapped in a delicious pizza dough.  These are best thawed overnight or on the counter in the morning for evening cooking.  Once thawed,  cook in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.  They will start to brown up and the inside may start bubbling.  If cooking from frozen, allow at least 30 minutes at 350.

Morel and Beef Stew

To serve, remove from bag into saucepan and heat gently. If you would only like to heat a portion, allow to thaw until somewhat pliable and then break off the size piece that you desire. Add a bit of water and bring to a slow simmer. Allow to simmer for 4-6 minutes until warmed through. Add salt as needed, depending on the amount of water added. Heat the rolls in an oven while the stew cooks.

Beef/Chicken Pot Pies

It is best to thaw these in advance.  Simply pull them out of the freezer in the morning before work, or even the evening before.  Once thawed simply transfer the pot pie to a baking sheet and heat at 400 for about 20 minutes.  Stir the contents of the pie to ensure it heats evenly, add the savory crumble topping and heat for 5 minutes more.
If you are cooking it from frozen: Allow 1.25 hours total cooking time. Place the pot pie on a baking sheet as above and heat at 350 for 45 minutes checking after 30 minutes to stir the contents.  When the entire dish is thawed, although not hot, turn the heat up to 400 and proceed as above.

To Heat, allow the frozen bag to come up to temperature until pliable, break off the portion you want to eat and freeze the rest.  Bring to a simmer on the stovetop- a little water may be necessary.  Thaw the rolls and warm in a 350° oven.

Deep Dish Pizza

Spinach and sun dried tomato with roasted garlic and onion ricotta plus Wisconsin Farmer’s cheese or whatever the season best provides us with. Thick, crusty, 6”pizzas just need to be warmed and served. They are easy to like on their own, but 1 pizza can be a meal for two with some sides.

To Bake: Best to thaw for 30 minutes or more until the crust starts to get soft, but can go directly into the oven.  350° for 20-25 minutes, until cheese melted and hot through.  Shorter oven time, if thawed.

Perogies

Medium sized perogies filled with Blue Moon’s finest rich, buttery yellow fleshed potatoes and green onion. Cook by boiling from frozen and serving or boiling and then pan frying for an authentic but richer treat.

Bring water to a boil, add frozen perogies and simmer for 5-7 minutes. When the middle of the perogies feel tender they are done. Drain, air dry and serve or ideally (in our opinion) then pan fry them lightly in a bit of oil to get a golden brown crust. Goes great with sautéed onions, topped with sour cream.
(Just to note, the above pictured Perogie went to 11, we deep fried it, WOW!)

Burritos

Snack or lunch size burritos are funkalicious fresh-Mex with roasted yams, silky beans and grilled winter greens. Our best seller they are a welcome respite from the redundancy of typical Tex-Mex. Easy to microwave or bake from frozen.

These bad boys are a hot item and vary seasonally from Winter Squash, to Zuchinni, all flavored with our super secret burrito sauce that gives a bit of heat and a lot of background flavor to amp up the deliciousness of the freshest, most tasty ingredients.

To Bake: Preheat over to 350°, it is great if you can let the burritos have a thaw period so if you plan on having burritos for lunch, take them out in the morning, otherwise they just take a bit longer in the oven.  Bake for 20-35 minutes until warm through and golden.
Microwave until hot.

Breakfast Scone Dough

Rich buttery scones are a real treat, not those dry English pucks you might be imagining. I’ll warn you though: everyone who has bought some has bought more. Bake from frozen for a sublime breakfast experience. If you have not yet, you need to try. Chocolate, Apricot, or Cherry. 1 orderBlock yields 6 x- large, 12 medium scones, or 24 bite size.
To cook: Preheat oven to 450. Cut scone dough to your desired size

Place the dough on parchment or a non stick baking pad. Brush with dairy or dairy substitute, sprinkle with a bit of sugar and cook until golden brown, 18-24 minutes.
